As pioneers of innovation that building Software Applications, Augmented Reality, VR and Visual FX solutions and experiences for clients worldwide, we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with expertise leading diverse projects with ease.

• Passionate about bringing technology to life

• Has superb communication in all business and social situations

• Detail oriented, process minded, logical and with a growth mindset

• Consistently exemplifies good judgement and exercises creative problem-solving and solutioning in all endeavors

• Experienced as full cycle project coordinator from inquiry to delivery and postmortem

• Experienced as small and medium sized team manager in a multicultural environment

• Attention to both detail and large picture, ability to work on workflows and process improvements

• Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives across teams in unison with senior leadership

• Have significant work experience in Project Coordination

• Good command of written and spoken English and Latvian

• Strong visual communication

• Comfortable with data processing & management in an agile environment

• Work with a team of talented creatives, researchers, and developers from multiple teams to execute projects from concept to market launch on time and in budget

• Coordinate a portfolio of complex, fast moving projects in a dynamic environment

• Assist with the creation of project scopes and proposals (deliverables, schedules, budgets, risk and issues etc.)
